If that doesn’t work, we recommend the following steps when troubleshooting the multi-user errors H202 and H205 with QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and/or Enterprise in a multi user environment in a local area network:
- Uninstall QuickBooks Desktop from EVERY computer in the Local Area Network
- Download the latest one: https://downloads.
quickbooks.com/app/qbdt/ products?productName= QuickBooks%20Desktop% 20Enterprise&edition=&version= 23&country=us and install it again - Under “Custom and Network Options” Use the first option for the workstations and the second option for the Server (only one computer gets that seconds option)
