It all depends in which version of QuickBooks you have, so follow the instructions based on the version.
QuickBooks Desktop – Accountant or Enterprise, years 2013 or newer:

- Best Option: you can use the Batch Enter tool to copy/paste transactions into your bank or credit card register
QuickBooks Desktop – Pro, Premier, or any “Industry” editions:
- You should upgrade to QuickBooks Accountant Edition. QuickBooks Price $499:

- Another option, is to convert your bank transactions from CSV to .QBO format for $80 to be able to import via Bank Feeds! QuickBooks Online:
- If you have the data in excel or CSV, you can use a data importing software called Zed Axis for $199
- But the BEST option, is to convert your bank transactions from CSV to .QBO format for $60 to be able to import via Bank Feeds!
