04/04/2015 – Happy Easter!
On the Summer on 2014, Michelle Long, CPA and Hector Garcia, CPA got together to discuss one common goal: TO CREATE A LEARNING PLATFORM FOR EXPERIENCED QUICKBOOKS USERS.
The first step towards that, was to create a Webinar Series that Accountants and QuickBooks Users feel identified with and can walk out of each episode with something NEW. Plus provide CPE for fellow accountants.
On occasion, a guest speaker or 3rd party developer is invited to show their product or to provide very relevant feedback. These guests in occasion pay QB Power Hour to help with the operating costs of the webinar, and that is fully disclosed. Only 3rd party products that either Michelle or Hector have used and can “vouch” for are presented in QB Power Hour; as the goal is to maintain the context 100% educational. Some guest speakers and/or sponsors during 2014/2015 episodes include:
- ScanWriter by Personable
- Sleeter Conference / Doug Sleeter
- Intuit in several occasions: Promoting new QBOA, QB Connect, Advanced Reporting for QuickBooks Enterprise
- Tsheets
- BizTools
- MethodCRM
- Finagraph
- Avalara
- MoneyThumb
- PDF2XL
- KeyRocket
- Jeff Lenning, CPA from Excel University
- Joe Woodard from Scaling New Heights
- Ron Baker, CPA from VeraSage Institute

Can you please post in a nutshell the apps mentioned in episode 7 since it was damaged and we can’t view it?
Thanks and thanks for the awesomeness here, I have been using many of the tips and bought some of the recommended software to speed up data entry.
