- Setting up a free QuickBooks Online Account
- Setting up your chart of accounts; and all beginning balances from previous accounting system or last prepared tax returns (if any)
- Connecting your banks and credit cards; set them up to download the transactions automatically
- Setting up customers and creating sales transactions (Estimates, Invoices, Payments, and Deposits)
- Setting up vendors and creating purchase transactions (Purchase Orders, Bills, Checks, and Expenses)
- Reconciling your bank account
- Basic Inventory Management
- Generating Financial Reports
- “QuickBooks Online Basics” certificate of completion will be provided via email and is elegible for 3 CPE (for Accountants)
